1. Gilbert Teodoro
PROS: Primarily, his dashing image and intelligence definitely caught my attention among the other candidates. Personally, when I started thinking of my choice of candidates I decided to look immediately for non-verbal signs of conviction and honesty, that I have seen in Gilbert Teodoro. Upon listening to the way he answers the questions thrown to him, I knew that this person is confident that he can lead the country to productivity and development. His platforms were concrete and feasible and were incorporated with a respectable character. At the beginning of his campaign, he made clear that he will practice a positive campaign; no mudslinging, unlike the other candidates. Another plus factor is having a very decent and smart wife to take care of Malacañang given the chance. :)
CONS: His image as the Administration's standard bearer.

2. Dick Gordon
PROS: I was also impressed by Dick Gordon's smart and driven platforms. If Gibo did not run for presidency, I would vote for Gordon. His plans for addressing certain problems of our society were very impressive (at one point his platforms were more remarkable than those of Gibo). His success during his term in Olongapo is also a strong foundation to prove that he can really do something.
CONS: Because of his spontaneous character, he tends to appear bragging.

3. Nick Perlas
PROS: He has very good reasoning: almost similar with Gibo and Gordon. His platforms were also well laid and sounded very progressive.
CONS: His family background (He is separated with his wife.)

4. JC Delos Reyes
PROS: A fresh candidate he is. It may mean that he has less exposure to the corrupt system of our politics, thus, he has the least possibility of being corrupt.
CONS: His background in politics could not serve him enough. Experience-wise, a voter might not vote for him because of his lack of relevant track record.

5. Noynoy Aquino

PROS: The substratum of his candidacy lies on his unstained and non-corrupt background which originated from his respected parents, Ninoy and Cory Aquino.
CONS: According to his track record, he has not enacted any law in his previous years as a Senator.

6. Manny Villar
PROS: As for his campaign jingles, he wants to help the majority of Filipinos (masa). He is the richest senator, therefore, as others say, he does not need the money he could get from being a Presidetnt: no corruption.
CONS: Overspending on campaign materials and using the poor for benchmarking.

7. Eddie Villanueva
PROS: He stands as a very moral candidate being the founder of Jesus is Lord Movement. His ideals could inspire Filipinos to become a better country.
CONS: Isn't it that the church is separated from the state?

8. Jamby Madrigal
PROS: Being the only rose among the thorns, I admire Jamby's confidence in running for the position of the President. As a senator, she had passed bills in relation to education, the youth and
CONS: In my own viewpoint, she does not possess the qualities of a strong and determined President - well, maybe she can try her luck in the Presidential race after 20 years? heehee.. :)

9. Joseph Estrada
PROS: He had experienced being the President, and he wants to continue the programs he wasn't able to finish when he was impeached.
CONS: His poor reasoning dismayed me. When asked of his future plans regarding certain problems in our country, all he bragged about were his previous accomplishments. Man! What we need are concrete plans for the future of the Philippines, not memories!
